Wash masoor
dal.

Put butter in
pressure cooker.

Start the heat
at medium.

Put cumin
seeds.

Let it cook
for a few minutes.

Put some
green pepper and black pepper in butter.

After a few
minutes add turmeric.

After 10
minute, add masoor dal.

Stir it and
add water and salt.

Close
the pressure cooker and change the heat to medium-high.

After the
first whistle, close the heat and wait for 15 minutes for it to cool.

Add coriander
powder and lemon juice.
